Para que você receba o reembolso do valor investido é necessário enviar um e-mail, por meio da nossa Central de Ajuda, clicando na aba de "Contato", na parte superior do nosso site.
Feito isso, basta clicar em "Enviar uma solicitação" e, na página seguinte, selecionar a opção de "Cancelamento", como área de envio, e descrever sua solicitação.
A fim de otimizar seu atendimento, seguem algumas dicas:
Dados necessários para o reembolso: o nome do curso/produto adquirido, bem como a data da compra, pois assim poderemos ajudar você com mais propriedade e agilidade.
Prazo para envio da solicitação de reembolso: antes de solicitar o cancelamento, confira em nossos Termos de Uso (mais especificamente no item 6) se você atende aos critérios temporais e quantitativos de downloads, conforme a nossa política de cancelamento.
Compras por boleto: o reembolso ocorrerá em até 20 dias úteis, contados a partir da confirmação, por você, dos dados da conta bancária na qual o valor deverá ser depositado.
Compras por cartão de crédito: o reembolso é realizado diretamente na fatura do cartão de crédito, conforme a política da operadora por você utilizada.
